Twelve nations will participate at the Tennis World Cup:

European Zone:

Great Britain

Spain

France

Germany

Serbia

Latvia

Pacific Zone:

USA

Canada

Argentina

Japan

China

Australia

In the Group Phase, teams from each Zone will be put into two Groups of three nations, giving four Groups in total.
European Zone Group matches will be the first to play each day during the Group Phase, followed by Pacific Zone Group matches.

Four players – two women and two men – are invited to represent their country in the tournament. Players that are injured or decline their invitation to represent their nation will be replaced by the next highest ranked player according to earnings rankings.

There is no pre-qualifying.
